Please join the CRICKETS in our new home at USC-UPSTATE HARLEY FIELD, we open our home season on June 1st at 7 pm this we be a STROLLER NIGHT, Mr. Lou Parris will throw out the 1st pitch and this will start the 2006 season, all you need for free admission for that night is the head of the Stroller from the HERALD-JOURNAL. We are holding a CRICKET BASEBALL CAMP at USC-UPSTATE on the 31st of May & the 1st of June from 9am till noon, we are looking for 6 years old to 12 years olds players both boys or girls, cost $50 and the kids will receive t-shirts and drinks, all the coaches and players will work with the kids, if you know some kids that play baseball or softball please tell their parents We still need a few more host families, if you have a spare bed or the next 8 weeks please e-mail or call me we need the help, you never know who you will host last year the 2 players that were drafted in to the MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL were both with host families the year before Thank you for your time, look forward to seeing you at the ballpark The Stingers first home game is June 1 with a 7:05 pm game against the Asheboro Copperheads at Duncan Park Stadium.  The Stingers have 28 home games running from June 1st to August 9th.  Visit www.spartanburgstingers.com for a complete game schedule, promotional schedule, and more information about the team.
