What could be better than getting to taste food from many of Spartanburg’s most popular restaurants all at one time? You will have your chance on Saturday, June 11th at Creative Taste of Spartanburg.
Creative Taste of Spartanburg is one event you won’t want to miss. Previously held in September, the City of Spartanburg’s annual Creative Taste of Spartanburg event is moving to June 11 for this year’s event.
Scheduled for Saturday, June 11, from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., there will be a Restaurant Row featuring local restaurants and chefs; a Made in Spartanburg area highlighting local cookbooks, vendors, local produce and locally-made food; a “Cook’s Corner” featuring food, beverages and gadgets for sale. And of course, don’t forget the Lemonade Stand – which includes tons of activities for children from the easy bake oven cook off, green eggs and ham, decorating cookies, chef hats and aprons, sidewalk art contest and more!
Tons of local entertainment will be enjoyed throughout the event. Creative Taste will take place in Downtown Spartanburg west of Morgan Square and the Clock Tower on Ezell, King and West Main Streets and Daniel Morgan Avenue. Admission to the event is FREE to the public. Food, beverages, art, and other items will be available for purchase.
With live entertainment, arts and crafts and of course lots of succulent food, why would you be anywhere else?
